NSD Certified
Cyber Law Professional (NCCLP)
Next Batch Will Be Starting From 05-Dec-2026
Overview
The law has always followed where society moves and society has moved online. Contracts now live in chat threads, evidence lives on hard drives, and disputes increasingly turn on how well a professional understands the digital systems behind them. AI has added a disruptive dimension.
NCCLP is built for that shift. Delivered in partnership with Aakash Law LLP under the National Security Database (NSD), the programme takes students, academicians, legal professionals, compliance officers, law enforcement personnel, and technology practitioners through the full landscape of Indian and international cyber law — from the IT Act and India’s data protection regime to global frameworks like the GDPR, taught through real case law and real regulatory practice rather than theory alone. It’s designed for anyone who now finds techno legal questions landing on their desk, regardless of how they were formally trained.
AICTE has authorized ISAC to conduct these programmes. Aakash law is the delivery partner.
