Overview
The CPDPO program focuses on developing professional competence in data protection and privacy, enabling participants to understand and address the legal, regulatory and organisational requirements associated with the responsible handling of personal data.
CPDPO is structured around that reality. It equips professionals with the practical skills to manage data privacy, comply with global and Indian regulations, and govern AI systems responsibly — aligning with established frameworks like the GDPR and India’s DPDP Act 2023, while integrating the AI risk and governance concepts that most privacy programmes have yet to catch up on.
AICTE has authorised ISAC to conduct these programmes. Aakash law is the delivery partner.
